Metcal delivers products to customers in Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery may not be available to remote or hard-to-reach locations.
Delivery Timeline

Ready stock products: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Pre-order products: Estimated delivery timeline is available on the product page.

Products requiring calibration certificates: Delivery will take an additional 2 working days.

Delivery Method

Metcal will endeavor to dispatch products within the stated timelines. Final delivery depends on courier operations, customs clearance (where applicable), and other factors beyond Metcal’s reasonable control.

  • Within Malaysia: By GDEX
  • Outside Malaysia: By FedEx
  • Courier partners may be substituted if necessary
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight. All products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Metcal disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit.
